In the framework of Bureaucratic Reform, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation opens itself to be assessed by internal and external stakeholders in the Aviation sector,
It is hoped that this survey can be used as a reference for improvements to be carried out by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
The survey will be used as a component of improvement in which questions are asked of respondents.
Several survey results have been followed up by rearranging the UPT Organization and Work Procedures within the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
Attached is the result of the satisfaction survey from the public who uses airport services and the aviation health center as well as the satisfaction survey from the flight operator.
