The Directorate General of Civil Aviation Indonesia is delighted to be the host of the 24th Asia-Pacific Bilateral Partners Dialogue Meeting and looks forward to warmly welcoming all the delegates to Denpasar, Indonesia where historical cultural heritage and contemporary culture co-exist in harmony.

In addition to the information provided in the invitation letter, we would like to share the following useful information to assist you with your travel planning to participate in the Meeting.

1. Passport and Visa Requirements

All foreign nationals entering Indonesia must possess passports/travel documents/visas with at least six months of remaining validity from the date of arrival into Indonesia. Visa on Arrival (VoA) is available in Denpasar and can be purchase at the airport upon arrival. Additional information can be found at https://molina.imigrasi.go.id/ or from your closest Indonesia Embassy or Consulate. 2. Conference Venue

The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali, Denpasar, from, Monday 06 to Friday 10 May 2024.

3. Conference Agenda and Programme

The provisional agenda and tentative programme and updates will be uploaded to the 24th Asia-Pacific Bilateral Partners Dialogue Meeting website when they become available.

4. Registration of Participants

The Meeting Registration Form is available on the meeting website. It is recommended that you make your meeting registration online preferably before 15 April 2024. The delegates registering online will receive an acknowledgement once the registration process is completed.

Delegates who register online and have had their registration accepted are requested to visit the Registration/Help desk that will be located in the meeting venue after arriving to collect their name tags. Delegates are requested to wear their name tag at all times during the meeting and social activities. The desk will operate during the meeting hours.

5. File/Presentation

File/presentation for the meeting will be uploaded to the website as they become available. In an effort towards a greener meeting, hard copies file/presentation will not be provided. Participants are encouraged to access the meeting materials from the website.

7. Dress Code

Recommended dress code for the meeting would be formal attire or business attire, except on Tuesday 07 May and Wednesday 08 May, which are planned for Gala Dinner and Cultural Tour and may be dressed in comfortable casual wear.

8. Wi-Fi Services

Free Wi-Fi services will be provided during the meeting. The access information will be provided during the meeting. In addition, internet facilities for delegates will be available at the meeting venue. Participants are required to bring their own notebook computers to access the meeting material.

9. Side Meeting Rooms

Two (2) meeting rooms will be made available to conduct bilateral meetings as required; however, advance booking is required to secure the rooms.

10. Meals and Refreshments

Refreshments during mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks and a working lunch will be provided for all delegates during each day of the conference.

11. Social Events

The Bilateral Partners Dinner will be held at The Anvaya Beach Resort on Tuesday, May 7th at 06:00 PM and a Cultural Trip to Uluwatu Temple to witness the Balinese Kecak Dance on Wednesday, May 8th at 03:00 PM.

12. Hotel Reservations

You may book your hotel accommodation using the information provided on the conference website. Beside from the conference venue hotel, options of other hotels are also available on the website. Please make your hotel booking as early as you can to avoid shortage of rooms in your desired hotel. 13. Transportation

Should you wish to travel around Bali during your stay, there are several options available; scooter/motorbike, taxis, and Gojek & Grab App. These can be organised through your respective hotels.

14. Tax at Airports

No additional tax will be levied at the airport. Taxes are included in the airfare.

15. Telephone Service

There are five (5) mobile carriers in Bangladesh: Telkomsel, Indosat (IM3 Ooredoo), 3 (Tri), XL, and Smartfren. SIM cards to operate on these networks may be purchased at the airport or from designated agents.

16. Travel Services

For any private pre or post conference tours and excursions that you require personally, you may ask for assistance at the Concierge Desk of your hotel.
